To facilitate decision making and enable our guests to plan their vacations stress-free, we have introduced a flexible booking policy and guaranteed free of charge cancellations for all our hotels, resorts and campsites.
We understand that the current situation requires an extra bit of flexibility. That is why we have introduced a flexible booking policy and guaranteed free cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival for all reservations made on our websites arenahotels.com and arenacampsites.com. These conditions apply to all individual reservations for all our hotels, resorts, campsites and glamping.
To make the stay at our campsites as carefree as possible, we are offering our guests the service of organization of antigen testing at a price of 100 kn (app. 13.50 Euro) per person and PCR testing at a price of 375 kn (app. 50 Euro) per person. For all additional information and to make an appointment, it is necessary to contact the reception of your accommodation in a timely manner; at least 24 hours before a possible test date.
