Dear Guests, Partners and Colleagues,
No matter in which part of the globe my words reach you, I am sure that we share the same challenges and concerns that only several months ago seemed unthinkable but today shape our reality.
I want to use this opportunity to personally ensure you that in these moments wellbeing of our guests, team members and entire local community is our top priority. We are closely monitoring this rapidly evolving situation on global and local scale and are acting in a responsible manner based on recommendations issued by relevant authorities.
Even though our hotels, apartments and campsites are currently closed, we put our efforts into providing support to our local community with the focus on Pula General Hospital and healthcare workers who work tirelessly and diligently to keep us safe.
COVID-19 affected much more than our travel plans, it made us re-evaluate our priorities and values in life. In that light, I would like to express my gratitude to every single one of you for the loyalty you have shown us throughout the years allowing us to be your home away from home.
Exceeding your expectations and providing exceptional service was always the driver of our growth, as a company but as well as individuals. With that in mind, I am certain that, together, we can overcome all obstacles and, when the time is right, continue where we left off; creating life-long memories on the shores of crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
