22nd Open Football Tournament in Medulin - Football competitions in different categories
Football enthusiasts are ready for the 22nd Open Football Tournament in Medulin. This tournament, which takes place from April 27th to 30th, 2023, brings a series of excitement and competitions in different categories.
Competitions will take place in various categories, including U-13, U-12, U-11, U-10, U-9, and U-8 for boys, as well as the 1st Women's Open Tournament Medulin 2023 for young female players. The women's tournament is organized for the first time this year, and the participation of the best women's football clubs and football schools from Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and other countries is expected.
With the support of the Zagreb Football Federation, the tournament will host clubs such as GNK Dinamo, HNK Hajduk, NK Lokomotiva, NK Osijek, NK Istra 1961, HNK Rijeka, HNK Gorica, HNK Šibenik, as well as clubs from other parts of Croatia and other countries such as AC Milan from Italy, S.L. Benfica from Portugal, GAK Graz, FC Admira Wacker Mödling, Wolfsberger AC, and SK Austria Klagenfurt from Austria, NK Maribor and NK Krško from Slovenia, FC Lugano from Switzerland, Ferencvarosi TC and Honved FC from Hungary, clubs from Slovakia, Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Poland, Australia, and America.
Participants in the tournament are accommodated in the hotels and campsites of Arena Hospitality Group located in Medulin.
The tournament was first organized in 2000, and since then, young players from all over the world are attracted every year.
